Ice Cream || Cady & Brittany
“Okay,” Cady said with a smile. She kept licking her ice cream, noticing how hers was melting remarkably quick and grabbed a napkin. “Ice cream is messy.” she said with a chuckle. She smiled once their hands were swinging back and forth, continuing to swing them. She was so happy with Brittany, she felt like nothing could bring her down. She looked over at her girlfriend, or well fiance and kissed her cheek after what she had just said.
“Yeah it is messy.” Brittany said laughing as she wiped some of the ice cream off her face with a napkin. She started to lick her ice cream a little faster because of how fast it was melting. She handed Cady some napkins for hers. Brittany had gotten to the cone and started eating right when the two reached the park. “You’re beautiful Cady. I love you.” She turned to look her fiance right in the eyes. Cady meant everything to Brittany and she really didn’t want to lose her.

Cady nodded and thought for a second, she wasn’t too sure if she wanted to tell her parents just yet. “I think we’ll wait a bit to tell my parents.” she said with a smile. “Hm, well we could go for a walk in the park?” she suggested as she took a lick of her ice cream. She held Brittany’s hand, looking over at her. “I love you a lot,” she said with a smile.
“We can tell them whenever you’re ready baby. I don’t think i want to tell mine just yet either.” Brittany smiled and then took a big lick of her ice cream. She stopped for a second to try and find a napkin because she got some ice cream on her cheek. “That sounds like it would be fun.” She started to swing her and Cady’s hand back and forth. Brittany was so happy with Cady. “I love you a lot babe. You mean more to me than anyone else ever does or will.” She said scrunching up her face at her girlfriend.

Cady smiled against her lips, kissing the other girl back. “I couldn’t imagine spending my life with anyone but you either.” she said and kissed Brittany back. She walked with her and hummed for a second, “Just curious,” she said with a shrug. She smiled, “I’ll have vanilla in a cone please,” she said and looked at Brittany while they waited. “When are we telling our parents?”
When the two girls got their ice cream Brittany paid the man behind the counter and told him to have a nice day. “Whenever you want to babe. We can tell them when we get home or we can wait. It doesn’t matter to me.” She said licking the edges of her ice cream so it wouldn’t melt all over her hand. “So beautiful, what would you like to do now?” Brittany asked looking over at Cady smiling and giving her a funny face. She was so crazy madly in love with this girl.
